Quotes and Pricing
Quotes are valid for 14 days. Pricing may change if your artwork, garments, or quantity change after the quote is issued, or if a supplier changes blank garment prices. If it changes, we send an updated quote for you to approve before we continue.
Artwork and Proof Approval
Before we print, we send you a digital mockup. Check it carefully: spelling, colors, sizes, quantities, garment style, and print placement.
We print exactly what the approved proof shows. Errors in an approved proof are your responsibility and do not qualify for a free reprint. Changes after approval may add cost and reset your turnaround.
Changes and Cancellations
You can cancel before production begins, but you pay for any blank goods already ordered and any art or screen work already done. Printed orders cannot be cancelled. Changes after approval must be in writing and may add cost and time.
Turnaround Time
Our average turnaround is two weeks (10 business days), counted from artwork approval and receipt of your deposit or payment, not including shipping. We can often go faster; rush timelines may carry a rush fee.
Confirm the timeline on your quote before approving, since approval starts the schedule. If you have a firm due date, tell us up front. Without one, your order may move earlier or later within the two-week window as we schedule the shop.
We are not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, shipping carriers, weather, or other events outside our control.
Garment Availability
Blank garments are ordered after your order is placed, so stock is not guaranteed. If an item is unavailable, we will offer comparable options and get your approval before substituting.
Customer-Supplied Garments
Garments you supply are decorated at your risk. They must be new and unwashed, and a handling fee may apply. We inspect them when possible but cannot replace supplied items lost to spoilage or defects. For misprints on supplied goods, we credit or remove the printing charge for the affected pieces.
Color Matching
Printed colors will look different from what you see on screen.
Exact Pantone (PMS) matching is not guaranteed unless you request it in advance and it is quoted as a custom match. Some methods, including certain hybrid, water-based, and DTF prints, cannot hit an exact PMS color. Colors may also vary slightly between garment styles, garment colors, and reorders.
Print Placement and Variation
Placement can vary up to 1/2 inch in any direction from the approved position, and a design may sit up to 1/4 inch off level across its width. Neither is a misprint. Garments are loaded by hand and are not always cut square, so a level print can look off against a crooked collar or hem. Printing over seams, zippers, pockets, and collars can cause minor imperfections. Minor variation in registration and fine detail is normal.
Quantity Tolerance
Contract printing. Exact counts are not guaranteed, since garments can be misprinted or arrive defective. The industry-standard spoilage allowance is up to 3%. Because 3% of a small size run can be less than one garment, the allowance is the percentage multiplied by imprints or 2 garments per size, whichever is greater. You are invoiced for the garments actually delivered, at the approved per-piece price. Order a few extras if you need an exact count.
All other orders. We are responsible for delivering your complete order. If a misprint puts that at risk, especially on a tight turnaround, we will contact you right away to work out how to get you what you need on time.
Shipping
Before anything ships, we record what goes in each box (item counts, dimensions, and weight) and attach that record to your invoice. Once boxes leave our shop, they are in the carrier's hands, and we are not responsible for loss, damage, or delays in transit. If something goes wrong, we will help you file the claim, purchase replacements, and get your order made right.
Payment and Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to begin production. Quoted prices are cash prices, which also apply to check and ACH bank transfer. Credit card payments add a processing fee, shown before you confirm. We accept cash, check, ACH, and major credit cards.
Please wait until your order is complete to send final payment. Shipping and final quantities are not settled until everything is boxed and weighed, so we finalize the invoice then.
Your invoice lists the payment due date: on pickup or shipment, net 30, or net 60. Payments received after the due date may incur a late fee. Returned checks are subject to a fee. Orders left unclaimed for more than 60 days may be donated or disposed of.
Returns, Defects, and Claims
Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned. If your order arrives with a defect or an error on our part, contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. Our standard remedy is to reprint the affected pieces once the defective goods are returned. Manufacturer flaws in the blank garment and damage from improper washing are not covered.
Shortages. We count every job four times: when blank goods are ordered, when they are received, when they go on press, and when they are packed. If you believe something is missing, contact us within 24 hours and we will review the counts with you. If our counts confirm the full quantity was printed and packed, the order was completed as approved. Double-check quantities on your quote before approving; the most common cause of a short count is ordering fewer pieces than needed.
Artwork Ownership and Rights
By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own the rights to it or have permission to use it, and you agree to hold Print Hybrid harmless from any claim arising from its use. Production files and screens we create remain our property unless purchased separately. We may photograph finished work for our portfolio, website, and social media; tell us in writing before production if you would rather we did not.
