Privacy Policy

What We Collect

What you give us. Your name, company, email, phone, shipping and billing addresses, order details, artwork files, and your messages to us.

Payments. Card and bank payments go directly to our payment processor. We never store card numbers. We keep payment records (amount, date, last four digits) for invoicing and bookkeeping.

Saved cards. If you save a card or turn on automatic payment, our payment processor stores the card. We see only the card brand and last four digits. You can remove a saved card from your customer portal or by asking us.

Portal logins. We store your email and a hashed copy of your password. We cannot see your password.

Website analytics. A website analytics service uses cookies to tell us which pages are viewed, for how long, and from what general location. We do not use it to identify you. You can turn it off; see Your Choices below.

Essential cookies. These keep you signed in to the customer portal and keep your cart on our online stores. Those pages do not work without them.

How We Use Your Information

To quote, proof, produce, invoice, and ship your order, and to answer your questions. We send order updates by email, and by text if you opt in. After an order is finished, we may ask how we did.

Text messages. If you opt in, we use your mobile number only to send order and account updates. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel. We do not sell your personal information or share it for anyone else's marketing.

Who We Share It With

Only the service providers we need to run the shop, and only what each one needs:

Payment processor — card and bank payments.
Bookkeeping software — invoice and payment records.
Shipping carriers — names and delivery addresses.
Email delivery service — order emails.
Text messaging provider — text updates, if you opt in.
Website analytics service — the site usage data described above.
Wholesale garment suppliers — shipping details when blank goods drop-ship to us or to you.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Online Stores

We run team, club, and group stores at custom-merch.shop. When you buy from one, we collect your name, email, phone, and shipping and billing address, and handle it like any other order.

The store organizer (your coach, booster club, or company contact) can see who ordered and what, so they can run the store and hand out the finished goods. Organizers do not see your payment details.

Retention and Security

We keep invoices and payment records for seven years for tax and bookkeeping. We keep artwork files and order history indefinitely so we can reprint past jobs, unless you ask us to delete them.

Our systems use encrypted connections (HTTPS), and only staff who need customer records can access them. If a breach exposes your personal information, we will notify you and any required authorities as promptly as the law requires.

Your Choices

Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. Reply STOP to end text messages.

Analytics. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, our website does not load analytics. Without it, choose Privacy choices here or at the bottom of our pages to turn analytics off, and choose it again to turn it back on. The setting is saved in that browser only, so clearing your browser data or switching browsers or devices resets it.

You can ask us to show, correct, delete, or send you a copy of the information we have about you. Contact us below and we will respond within 45 days, at no charge, and will not treat you differently for asking. If we must keep something, such as an invoice required for taxes, we will tell you what and why.

Children

Our website and services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

When we change this policy, we update this page and the date at the top, and note meaningful changes here.

October 28, 2026. Shortened the policy and described service providers by type instead of by name. Our website now skips analytics when your browser sends Global Privacy Control, and Privacy choices lets you turn analytics off without it.

August 21, 2026. Added sections covering our online stores at custom-merch.shop, customer portal logins, saved cards and automatic payment, and text message updates. Put specific time limits on how long we keep records, spelled out how to ask for your information, and added a commitment to notify you of a breach.
