Privacy Policy

What We Collect

Information you give us. When you request a quote, place an order, or message us, we collect what you provide: your name, company, email address, phone number, shipping and billing addresses, order details, artwork files, and the contents of your messages.

Payment information. Card and bank payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. Card numbers go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our systems. We keep records of the payments themselves — amounts, dates, and last-four digits — for invoicing and bookkeeping.

Saved cards and automatic payment. If you choose to save a card for future invoices or turn on automatic payment, Stripe stores the card and gives us a token we can use to charge it. We see only the card brand and the last four digits. You can remove a saved card at any time from your customer portal or by asking us.

Customer portal accounts. If you set up a login for our customer portal, we store your email address and a scrambled (hashed) version of your password. We cannot see your actual password.

Website analytics. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site — pages viewed, time on page, and general location. This uses cookies. We do not use this data to identify you personally. You can opt out of Google Analytics entirely by installing Google's opt-out browser add-on.

Essential cookies. We also set a small number of cookies that keep you signed in to the customer portal and keep your shopping cart intact on our online stores. These are required for those pages to work and cannot be switched off.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to do the work you hired us for: preparing quotes, producing your order, sending proofs for approval, invoicing, arranging shipping, and answering your questions. We also send order-related updates by email (and by text message, if you have opted in). After an order is finished, we may ask how we did.

Text messages. If you opt in to text message updates, we use your mobile number only to send you order and account updates. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who We Share It With

We share information only with the service providers it takes to run the shop, and only what each one needs to do its job:

Payments — Stripe processes card and bank payments.
Accounting — invoice and payment records sync to QuickBooks Online, our bookkeeping software.
Shipping — names and delivery addresses go to shipping carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx) to deliver your order.
Email and text — order emails are delivered through Mailgun; text updates, when enabled, are delivered through Twilio.
Suppliers — blank garments are ordered from wholesale suppliers; they receive shipping details when goods drop-ship to us or to you.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Online Stores

We host team, club, and group stores at custom-merch.shop. When you buy from one of these stores, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and shipping and billing address so we can produce and deliver your order, and we use it the same way we use any other order information.

The organizer who set up the store — your coach, booster club, or company contact — can see who ordered and what they ordered, so they can manage the store and distribute the finished goods. Organizers do not see your payment details.

Stores usually close on a set date. We keep the resulting order records the same way we keep any other order, as described below.

Retention and Security

We keep invoices and payment records for seven years, which is what tax and bookkeeping rules require. We keep artwork files and order history indefinitely so we can reproduce a past job — customers often come back years later and want the same print — unless you ask us to delete them.

Our systems use encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to customer records is limited to Print Hybrid staff who need it to do their work. If a breach ever exposes your personal information, we will notify you and any required authorities as promptly as the law requires.

Your Choices

Marketing-style emails include an unsubscribe link. Text messages stop when you reply STOP.

You can also ask us to show you the information we have about you, correct it, delete it, or send you a copy. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within 45 days. There is no charge for this, and we will not treat you any differently for asking. If we cannot delete something — an invoice we are required to keep for tax purposes, for example — we will tell you what we are keeping and why.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we honor it.

Children

Our website and services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top. Meaningful changes will be noted here rather than made silently.

August 21, 2026. Added sections covering our online stores at custom-merch.shop, customer portal logins, saved cards and automatic payment, and text message updates. Put specific time limits on how long we keep records, spelled out how to ask for your information, and added a commitment to notify you of a breach.
